      Have a Safe and Pleasant Stay at The Seafarer

      In order to provide an enjoyable experience for all owners and guests at The Seafarer, we have established guidelines to ensure the safety and comfort of those staying here. Please review our External link opens in new tab or windowRules and Regulations to enhance your stay with us. Owners who allow personal guests to use their units must submit a Guest Registration Form to the manager prior to the guests' arrival.  Please use the External link opens in new tab or windowOwner/Guest Checkout Checklist to expedite checkout and unit cleanup for subsequent guests.       SEAFARER GUEST REGISTRATION FORM

      Seafarer owners may allow unaccompanied guests the use of their units for a maximum of 28 days per year.

      It is the owner’s responsibility to ensure that his or her guests are made aware of all Seafarer External link opens in new tab or windowRules and Regulations. Owners may be fined for failure of guests to abide by these rules.

      Guests are not allowed to have pets on Seafarer property.

      Departing guests should complete the Checkout Checklist with the Seafarer Manager prior to their departure.

      Cleaning service, if requested, will be scheduled on the day of departure for checkouts before 12:00 noon.
      Cleaning service requested for checkouts after 12:00 noon will be scheduled the following day.

      Guest Key Service Charge: $20.00 billed to owner’s account

      Guest Lock Out Charge: $20.00/$30.00 after hours

      Guest Lost Key Charge: $35.00


      Any management keys provided to guests must be returned to the manager before the guest's departure.


      Housekeeping Service:

      Yes, clean the unit after guest’s departure. Cleaning fee will be paid by the guest upon arrival.

      I understand the Seafarer Owners’ Association, the Seafarer board, and Seafarer management are not responsible for owners’ guests, including but not limited to, supervising guests while on the premises.
